Delete your account
Effective 3 November 2026
Your DoomPet account exists only if you signed in with Google for Our AI. The rest of DoomPet works without one, and keeps nothing on our server.
In the app
- Open DoomPet and tap Settings.
- Under Account and credits, tap Delete account.
- Read what goes, then tap Delete account.
It happens at once, and signs you out.
Without the app
Write to the developer email shown on DoomPet's Google Play listing, from the Google account you signed in with, or name that account in your message. We'll delete it and write back when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your sign-in: the Google name, email address and picture that Firebase holds, and your account ID.
- Your credit balance. Unused credits are lost, and aren't refunded.
- Your push token and your strike count.
- Your Our AI scenes on our server: the words, photos, plans, pictures and scene files. A scene still being made stops, and its credits aren't refunded.
What's kept
- Purchase records: your account ID, the pack, its credits, the Google Play order number and whether it was refunded. We keep them as our record of sales.
- Scenes and everything else on your phone, until you delete them or uninstall DoomPet.
- Crash reports and usage statistics, which aren't linked to your name or account.
Uninstalling DoomPet doesn't delete your account. Signing out doesn't either.
The privacy policy covers this too.
